No, you don’t have to be super fit to play pickleball! It's a low-impact game that can be played at your own pace, making it great for all fitness levels. The smaller court means less running, and the focus is more on strategy and fun than intense physical exertion.
However we do advise seeking your doctor's advice if you have any medical conditions that may impact your ability to play!
